Django Security Releases: 6.0.8 and 5.2.17

Security releases addressing multiple disclosed CVEs, including a denial-of-service issue where GEOSGeometry could be attacked with deeply nested GEOMETRYCOLLECTION objects.
Django now enforces a maximum nesting depth of 198 for both WKT and WKB representations to close the issue.
