Docker Verified Publisher Applications Are Now Self-Serve

Docker moved its Verified Publisher program from a sales-contact-only process to a self-serve application flow directly inside Docker Hub, with two plan tiers to choose from. Verified publishers get a trust badge and priority search ranking.
Docker framed the change around Hub's broadening scope beyond container images to MCP servers, models, sandboxes, and agents, offering one review and one badge regardless of content type.
