Git 2.47.0 Released

Git 2.47 shipped with contributions from over 83 people, 28 of them first-time contributors. It introduced experimental incremental multi-pack indexes for faster large-repo updates and improvements to the reftable reference backend.
The release also brought faster common-base branch lookups via for-each-ref and a new mergetool configuration for Visual Studio Code.
