Git 2.53.0 Released

Git 2.53 brought further performance enhancements across common operations, refined error messaging, and multiple sub-command improvements.
It marked another step toward mandatory Rust tooling support ahead of Git 3.0, with Rust now default-enabled in the build, though still optionally disableable for this release.
