Kubernetes v1.32 "Penelope" Released

Arriving as the final minor release of Kubernetes' first decade, v1.32 delivered 44 enhancements (13 stable, 12 beta, 19 alpha), including support for Windows Server LTSC 2024 and refined Horizontal Pod Autoscaling controls.
Stricter security defaults and improved observability were also emphasized, with contributions from 125 companies and 559 individuals.
