Linux Kernel 6.17 Released

Kernel 6.17 introduced 'Attack Vector Controls,' a new way to select CPU bug mitigations based on chosen threat models rather than blanket settings.
It also declared Intel Panther Lake Xe3 graphics stable, added mainline Raspberry Pi RP1 support, and removed uniprocessor scheduler support, meaning every build now targets multicore systems by default.
