Node.js 26.7.0 Released

The latest Current release added support for loading private keys via crypto STORE loaders, Perfetto tracing integration for performance profiling, a Symbol.dispose implementation in Module Hooks, and a new --test-coverage-include-all test runner flag.
It also fixed several crypto, FFI, SQLite, and streams bugs, and bumped npm to 11.19.0.
