React 19 Stable Release

React 19.0 shipped as stable roughly two years after React 18, introducing Actions and related hooks, the use API for reading promises and context during render, and ref as a regular prop.
The release also brought native document metadata support, with Server Components moving from the Canary channel into the stable 'Latest' release line.
