React Compiler 1.0 Released

React Compiler reached general availability after being battle-tested in production at Meta across React and React Native apps, shipping with an incremental adoption guide and launch partnerships with Expo, Vite, and Next.js.
Compiler-aware lint rules were also folded into eslint-plugin-react-hooks's recommended presets.
