Redis 8.6 General Availability

Redis 8.6 delivers up to 5x higher throughput than Redis 7.2 and meaningful latency and memory reductions across sorted sets, strings, hashes, and lists.
New capabilities include idempotent stream production to prevent duplicate messages on retry, two new 'least recently modified' eviction policies, and a HOTKEYS command for detecting CPU or network-hungry keys per cluster slot.
